Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are available for pre-order. This policy outlines the terms for making changes or cancellations to these purchases.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is either out of stock or not yet available. At checkout, we may either collect no payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment method. The full or remaining payment will be charged once the item is ready for shipment.

  • Estimated Delivery Date: The expected delivery date of the pre-ordered product will be clearly stated at checkout.
  • Shipping Timelines: The item will only be shipped once it becomes available in stock.

Cancellation of Pre-orders

You may cancel a pre-order if it has not yet been fulfilled, even if you’ve made a partial payment. Once the order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellation is possible only before fulfillment/shipping. If an item is pre-ordered and the expected fulfillment window passes without dispatch, we may offer a cancellation option.
  • Refund Process: If you cancel a pre-order or if an item cannot be fulfilled within the stated timeframe, we will process a full or partial refund, depending on the situation. Refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for more information.
