30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (In-Stock Orders)

If you’re not completely satisfied with your in-stock purchase, our 30-Day Guarantee ensures a quick and easy return process — no hassle, no stress.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
• Please contact us before sending any item back to receive return instructions and address details.

Non-Returnable or Excluded Items

• Custom-made or discounted items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email our team at support@displayarmour.co.uk or visit our Contact page. We aim to reply within one business day with full instructions and return details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and let us know immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.
• Use a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm by email. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days, although your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the funds.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product — this ensures the fastest turnaround.

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must remain unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

When you place a pre-order for Display Armour cases, your order is ring-fenced on the first shipment for that line and size. You get early access to new case sizes and toy lines, with full flexibility if your plans change.
