SecureRail is Display Armour’s internal card-positioning system, engineered to keep compatible mint-on-card packaging centred, supported and visually unobstructed inside selected acrylic display cases.
01 / THE DIFFERENCE
Valuable carded figures are not rigid blocks. Card dimensions, blister depth, weight distribution and packaging variants all affect how they sit inside a case.
WITHOUT DEDICATED POSITIONING
An oversized or generic interior can allow a card to lean, swing or sit inconsistently. Repeated movement may increase the opportunity for edge contact and an untidy presentation.
WITH SECURERAIL
SecureRail creates a product-specific positioning channel that helps the card sit consistently inside the case while preserving visibility of the artwork, blister and figure.
02 / HOW IT WORKS
SecureRail is not a loose insert or universal clip. Its geometry is developed alongside the dimensions and support requirements of compatible packaging.
Card width, height, thickness, blister profile and common variants inform the case and rail specification.
The internal rail position is tuned to hold compatible packaging in a repeatable plane without dominating the display.
Lateral space is managed so the card is less able to swing, drift or settle noticeably off-centre during normal display.
The rail remains visually restrained so the card artwork, blister and figure remain the focus of the finished display.
03 / INTEGRATED PROTECTION
It forms part of the wider Display Armour MOC architecture, where each technology handles a different protection or usability requirement.
Premium 4 mm acrylic on selected MOC lines provides the structural platform, clarity and stable case geometry.
UV protection helps reduce exposure that can contribute to fading; valuable collectibles should still be kept away from direct sunlight.
The card channel helps maintain alignment and reduces uncontrolled movement within compatible cases.
AeroLift complements the rail by supporting the card plane with carefully managed contact.
A reinforced sliding access panel allows more controlled loading and removal than clips or flexing lids.

No. SecureRail is used on selected carded-figure acrylic cases where the product design specifies the system. Sealed-product, loose-figure and other formats may use different internal architecture. Check the individual product description.
The rail is designed to provide controlled, low-profile support while avoiding unnecessary contact with vulnerable areas. Exact contact points depend on the compatible case and packaging format.
No display case can reverse existing damage or guarantee that environmental conditions will never affect packaging. SecureRail helps maintain positioning and support, while sensible control of sunlight, heat and humidity remains important.
SecureRail is designed for compatible raw mint-on-card packaging rather than third-party grading cases. Use a case specifically listed for your grading format.
Do not force it. Regional releases, reissues and bubble variants can differ. Use the Case Finder or contact compatibility support with clear photographs and dimensions.
