DISPLAY ARMOUR AEROLIFT SUPPORT

Floating Support System for Zero-Stress MOC Display

AeroLift is Display Armour’s suspension-style internal support designed to keep your carded figure perfectly aligned in-plane — without adding pressure points, edge rub or stress lines. Working with SecureRail™ and GlideLock, it creates a stable, card-safe micro-environment built for long-term wall display and stacked storage.

  • Floating Support Keeps the card lifted away from harsh contact zones
  • Zero Pressure Points Support where the card is strongest — not the blister
  • Edge & Corner Care Helps prevent curl, creases and long-term sag
  • System-Driven Design Works with SecureRail™ and GlideLock access

What is AeroLift Support?

Most “generic” acrylic cases rely on simple clearance: the card sits against a flat back panel or is left free to drift. Over time, that causes the exact issues collectors hate: edge rub, corner curl, card sag, and pressure on blister seams.

AeroLift solves this by introducing purpose-built support points that gently hold the card in a stable plane — like a suspension system for MOC. It’s designed to keep the card supported and aligned while staying visually discreet so the artwork and figure remain the focus.

Floating Support

Helps keep the card off harsh contact zones for “zero-rub” display.

Edge & Corner Care

Designed to reduce corner curl and long-term stress creases.

Zero Pressure Points

Support where the card is strongest — not on blister seams or weak bends.

AeroLift is a core part of the Display Armour technology system, working with SecureRail™ positioning and GlideLock access.

How AeroLift Works

AeroLift is designed around one goal: keep the card stable in a natural, stress-free plane. That means controlled support, consistent alignment, and safe repeat access.

  1. 1

    Load safely

Insert the figure/card with predictable guidance from the internal geometry.

  2. 2

    Lift into plane

The card settles into a supported “floating” position — not pressed flat against the back.

  3. 3

    Balance the load

Support is distributed to reduce sag, corner curl and long-term drift.

  4. 4

    Protect long-term

Works alongside SecureRail™ & GlideLock to protect the card and enable safe repeat access.

Designed for real-world display

AeroLift was created to handle how collectors actually display: wall-mounted rows, stacked shelves, and long-term storage. The support geometry is tuned to avoid common failure points — corners, bends, and blister seams — while still keeping the card looking “mint-flat” in the case.

Tip: AeroLift shines most when paired with SecureRail™ — SecureRail centres the card, AeroLift keeps it supported and stress-free over time.

AeroLift vs Generic Acrylic Cases

A lot of cases look similar at first glance. The difference shows up after months on display — when cards start curling, drifting, or developing stress lines. AeroLift was built to prevent that.

Display Armour AeroLift Support

  • Card sits supported in a stable plane (reduced sag + drift).
  • Support points tuned to avoid blister seams and weak bends.
  • Better long-term presentation: fewer “wavy” cardback profiles.
  • Designed for repeat access with GlideLock (collector-friendly).

Generic Clearance-only cases

  • Card rests against flat surfaces or floats loose (drift over time).
  • Higher chance of corner rub and stress creases during handling.
  • More likely to show long-term curl/sag with wall display.
  • Access often means flexing lids or pushing on the card.

If you’re displaying mint-on-card figures for value preservation, AeroLift is one of the main reasons Display Armour cases behave differently over time.

Where You’ll Find AeroLift

AeroLift is built into Display Armour’s MOC protection approach across key lines where long-term card condition matters most.

AeroLift – Frequently Asked Questions

Does AeroLift touch the front artwork of the card?
AeroLift is designed to be visually discreet and to support the card structure without creating harsh pressure points. The goal is stable in-plane support while keeping the artwork the hero.

Is AeroLift only for wall display?
No — it’s built for wall display and stacked shelving/storage. Anywhere long-term sag and drift can happen, AeroLift helps keep the card stable.

Does AeroLift replace SecureRail™?
They do different jobs. SecureRail™ centres and stabilises the card position. AeroLift supports the card in-plane and helps reduce long-term stress. Together they form a stronger system.

Can I use AeroLift with repeat access?
Yes — AeroLift is designed to work with GlideLock so collectors can access the figure without flexing lids, bending tabs, or stressing the card during handling.
